Stuck
The StoryThis scene was probably repeated many times before the roads in the country were paved. One of the stories my grandpa used to tell was of an ornery old neighbor who used to block up the culvert under the road in front of his place when it rained. He kept the mules ready in the barn so he could pull unsuspecting city folks out for four bits a piece. Roger DeWitt, Artist
